I notice my ego gravitates towards career goals at the end of the year. So, I ended up on LinkedIn and realised I can't stand that site. 

I guess it's valuable in that people have to present their real identities and you can always find people you've worked with in the past. But there is so much fake ness on there as well. 

I watched a video of Bill Gates presenting his books of the year; which is fine. But it's fully animated with a soundtrack... How the fuck am I supposed to compete against Bill Gates.
